We have picnic tables available for seating on our back patio upon request. Seating is only available if we do not have a private event or show in the venue that day.
Our patio is dog friendly for your four (or three) legged family member to join you! We do require your pet on leash when dining.
We are an ALL AGES venue, however it will be noted in the event if the show has any age restrictions. A Valid government issued photo ID is required upon entry and if you are 21+ and would like to consume alcohol during your visit.
There is no re-entry into the Music Venue once you leave the premises. Please see our event staff for additional information
Off The Rails doesn’t have a dedicated parking area but there is a parking lot located directly behind us and paid parking garages nearby that are open to the public – in addition there is street parking.
Reserved Table Seating is the only seating available within the venue. General Admission is standing room only, except for select shows. If an event is seated it will be noted in the event description on our ticketing website.
Weather permitting during the Spring, Summer and Fall, limited outdoor seating is available on a first come, first served basis. These seats are general admission only.
We do have ADA seating upon request. Patrons requiring accessible accommodations should purchase a ‘General Admission’ ticket. Please email us at info@offtherailsworcester.com with any questions and make advance arrangements.
The following is not permitted in the venue: no backpacks, large bags, outside food or drink, weapons, drugs or paraphernalia (Prescription Drugs will not be allowed into the venue unless they are in a prescription bottle. The ID of the person holding the prescription must match the name on the bottle).
Tickets can be purchased online via our website at Ticketweb.com. We do not recommend buying tickets via resale websites as we cannot verify their validity. For local shows, purchasing from the band is a great way to support them. Tickets can also be purchased in the restaurant during normal business hours.
Unfortunately, we do not have a coat check. Staff is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and we suggest keeping personal items with you during your visit.

Reserved table tickets for most shows are sold only as pairs and priced per seat. The tables seat a maximum of 2 guests per tables. When purchasing tickets our system will default to 2 tickets. The two tickets include: admission to the show, one parking spot per table, access to the Off The Rails Menu, dedicated server to place your food and drink order.
If you would like to purchase multiple tables, you can purchase in-person in the Off The Rails restaurant during business hours or you can email our team at info@offtherailsworcester.com for assistance.

If you reserve a table in our restaurant, you will not be able to see the show. Our venue and restaurant stage are in separate areas of the building. A ticket must be purchased to attend events in our music venue unless otherwise noted.
We recommend that you arrive early for the best possible viewing area. Our guests are always encouraged to grab a drink or a bite at our restaurant Off The Rails which is attached to the Music Venue.
